Raised Floor Lighting

Lighted glass and acrylic floors have become very popular in residential and commercial architectural environments. Lighted glass and acrylic floors can be found in luxurious hotels, retail stores, hospitals, corporate lobbies, theaters, night clubs, as well as residential settings.

Light Energy Studio provides simple to sophisticated lighting systems for illuminating raised glass and floor systems. We also offer, as part of our lighted floor systems, customized programming of multiple shows for easy playback.

Modular Acrylic Raised Floors

We offer a complete solution for our customers interested in a portable or permanent lighted floor. Our modular acrylic floors can offer a more economical option over the raised glass floor systems.

Below are some pricing examples, this are close estimates.

Package A includes:
1 Finished module 4’ x 4’
8-1/2” in height (height can be modified to your specs)
1 4’ x 4’ translucent white acrylic panels - ½” thick.

Without Lighting - $1395
Add $1300.00 for LED Lighting, 4 12" LED Strips, controller and power supply -
The cost for the basic LED lighting system is approximately $80 per sq/ft.
This price inludes the power supply, controller, lights and wiring.
Lighing system is prewired to provide for an easy installation.


Package B includes:
1 Finished module 4’ x 8’
8-1/2” in height (height can be modified to your specs)
4’ x 8’ translucent white acrylic panel - ½” thick

Without Lighting - Price: $2500
LED Lighting, 8 12" LED Strips, controller and power supply- $1755.00
The cost for the basic LED lighting system is approximately $55 per sq/ft.
This price inludes the power supply, controller, lights and wiring.
Lighing system is prewired to provide for an easy installation.

Cost for the modular floor systems only, are approximately $75 per square foot. Some of the other sizes available are 8x16, 12x16, 16x16, 12x24, 20x24, and 12x40.

The basic LED Lighting System can accomodate up to 24 panels before requiring an additional power supply and wiring.

Our illuminated acrylic floors are easily and quickly assembled and disassembled without the need for expensive professional help. These modular systems can be set on top of existing floors or recessed to meet floor levels. An Allen wrench is the only tool required for installation.

  • The unique design of the floor system assures self-leveling on any hard, uneven surface.
  • Light-weight, corrosion free, fire resistant all aluminum super structure is impervious to varied climate zones.
  • Acrylic panels or sheets are highly resistant to impact and stomping and will hold up to years of wear.

WARRANTY

Our acrylic floor structures come with a 6 month warranty. Any materials found to be defective will be replaced. Shipping cost at the expense of the customer

What Kind of Light Effects Do You Get with the Basic System?
  • Color Fade - colors transition gracefully from color to color, repeat-cycling through the entire spectrum
  • Fixed Color - static display of a single color, dial in your favorite
  • Chasing Rainbow Colors - colors of the rainbow appear to chase each other (3 variations)
  • Random Fade - colors transition gracefully from one color to the next randomly
  • Random Color - colors step or jump from one color to the next randomly
  • Pulsing Color - speed up any effect and it will create a slow to fast, undulating pulse
  • White Light - static display of white light with dimming ability to suit the mood.
  • Memory Feature - recalls the last setting

We will need to know what the dimesnions are of the floor you wish to light as well as the height from the bottom of the tiles to the floor. Glass tiles ideally need to be translucent (diffused).
