Dance Floor lighted with color changing LEDs - The above floor utilizes our
Hook and Loop Fastening System
(This is a modular system and is excellent for temporary or
permanent installations)
|
We have two versions of our LED floor systems. Both can be used as a temporary or permanent installation. 1.
LED flooring with 4ft x 4ft MDF wood base and aluminum angle. Below are some examples of the prices for our acrylic modular units that use the hook and loop fastening system. Our system with MDF wood panels and aluminum angle is slightly less. Our module pricing includes all the required components; aluminum feet and couplings, plastic panels 16"x16" (for mounting lights), panel spacers, feet, leveling adapters, and an industrial strength hook and loop fastening system. These prices do not include lighting. Note: Acrylic prices are increasing on a monthly basis and the below prices are an estimate. Please call or email us for a quote. |

| Number of Acrylic Modules | Sq/ft
Price 4 sq/ft per module |
Price
Per Module Lighting is additional cost |
| 1-2 units = max 8 sq/ft | $60 sq/ft | $240.00 |
| 3-16 units = max 64 sq/ft | $58 sq/ft | $232.00 |
| 17-45 units = max 180 sq/ft | $56 sq/ft | $224.00 |
| 46-75 units = max 300 sq/ft | $54 sq/ft | $216.00 |
| 76-100 units = max 400 sq/ft | $52 sq/ft | $208.00 |
| 101-112 units = max 448 sq/ft | $50 sq/ft | $200.00 |
| 113-125 units = max 500 sq/ft | $48 sq/ft | $192.00 |
We separate the cost of the modules and lighting components so that if needed they can be purchased separately. Once you have determined the size of the floor you would like to create, you can multiply the width and length of the floor, in feet, to get the square footage for your floor. For example; a 16 ft x 20 ft floor is 320 sq/ft. Divide that number by 4 (each module is 4 sq/ft) to get the number of modular units you will need. For a 320 sq/ft floor, you will need 80 modules. |
||
| Our complete acrylic floor modular systems with LED lighting can range from $115 per sq/ft, for large floors, to $155 per sq/ft for smaller floors. | ||
Light Energy Studio provides simple to sophisticated lighting systems for illuminating raised glass and acrylic floor systems. We have lighting systems to meet your budget and level of desired control. We also offer, as part of our lighted floor systems, customized programming of multiple shows for easy playback. We recommend 2 LED strips per module for maximum light and color saturation. Also with two LED strips each module can display two colors which allows for a more complex and entertaining visual experience.
We don't recommend a lower height for the module with the lighting we use as there will be a greater visual hot spot caused by the light being too close to the surface. You can somewhat see the hot spot on the below image with one LED. We have determined that 8"H is the most optimum height for our modules.

State
of the art LED Technology |
|
|
We use-state of the art LED technology - for maximum control of effects, speed and color transitions; we can use other lighting sources as well such as white light. These LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours of life. |
We use a controller that acts as a storage and playback device on most of the platforms but if you don't need the level of control that it provides we have the Economy Contoller that is the size of a wall light dimmer. A DMX controller can be used as well. |
|
The power supply is typically located outside the acrylic platform and rest on the floor. Dimensions are: 2H x 4W x 8.8L inchs |
|
| All lighting and electronics come with a 1 year warranty by Phillips Lighting. | |
