Returnable Merchandise - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise was not installed and is returned within 30 days of purchase we will refund your money - minus original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be returned in the original boxes with the orighinal packing material and properly packed. Return shipping is at customers expense.

Damaged or defective merchandise - We must be notified withing 3 days of customer receipt of merchandise damaged in shipment.

Non-Cancelable and Not Returnable Merchandise - All orders for glazes, metallics, leafs, faux finishes, non-standard lamping, or custom products are non-cancelable and fixtures are non-returnable.

Any discontinued item or finish, SOCO, custom finish, custom cutout, custom shape, or non-standard lamping is not returnable.

Warranty - All sconce's electrical parts/ fixtures are covered under our 60 day warranty.
